Welcome to Southern Cross Ranch! We offer horse boarding, lessons, and training. We are now welcoming new boarders and students. We have 17 pastures and 12 stalls for boarding, a spacious tack room, air conditioned boarders lounge with TV, 3 round pens, horse walker, 3 arenas, jump course, trail obstacles, barrels, roping dummy, cowboy mounted shooting targets, 3 miles of shaded trails along the Omussee Creek, etc. Come out and see our place!

Our facility is also for rent. Even though we host our own shows, any club or organization can rent our arenas to have their own shows. We have **52** overnight stalls, 20 RV Hookups, Bathrooms with private shower room, Sound System, Announcers booth, bleacher seating, covered picnic tables for concessions, plenty of space for horse trailer parking.

Along with our equestrian facility, we also have a Banquet room available for rent. Our Banquet Room is equipped with air conditioners, dance floor, kitchen, bathrooms, tables and chairs seating 170, with plenty of room for more tables and chairs. We have had Weddings, Receptions, Class Reunions, Family Reunions, Graduation parties, Fall Festivals, etc. Contact us to schedule an appointment for viewing.

Do you dream of learning the Method through personal instruction, but don't have the means or ability to travel? Then Clinton Anderson Certified Clinicians are what you've been waiting for! Certified Clinicians are personally trained by Clinton to help you learn the Method and build a better partnership with your horse.

Dale Cunningham, Certified Clinician

With over 30 years of horse experience, Dale has developed a great sense of feel and timing when working with both horses and people. "I love horses and I love to teach" he says. "I believe that Clinton's Method is the best and I am lucky to get to teach it to others."

Over the years, Dale has attended several Downunder Horsemanship Clinics, continually impressing Clinton with his dedication and ability. After working side-by-side with Clinton at the ranch perfecting the Method, Dale is ready to share his enthusiasm and knowledge to horse owners just like himself.

"Dale is extremely passionate about sharing the Method and helping horse owners discover the importance of teaching their horses to be safe and respectful," Clinton Says.

WOHA Shows

Wiregrass Open Horsemans Association (WOHA) is an associate of the Alabama Open Horseman Association. Southern Cross Ranch will be hosting 5 WOHA shows this year. We will be having a 2 day format with the speed events on Friday night beginning at 6:30 p.m. and the remainder of the classes Saturday morning beginning at 10 a.m.

There is a price break on Pre-Entries. So if you are planning to compete, get us your entry form before the deadline!!
